For example, TASCO has announced the expansion of their warehouse at WestPort Logistics Central located in Port Klang which is the main international transportation port in Malaysia. As a result, the expansion enables WPLC to handle various types of cargo, namely temperature-sensitive cargo and general cargo such as food, medicine and technology.


  • Technology Integration

TASCO uses digital solutions, automation and data analytics to streamline processes, optimize logistics operations and improve decision making. 

For example, TASCO uses order management (OM) which is an end-to-end supply chain solution that provides systems and solutions for customers by managing orders from the item and purchase order level. As a result, TASCO is integrating technology into its operations to improve efficiency, visibility and customer service.


  • Strategic Partnerships

TASCO forms strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, industry associations and technology providers. 

For example, the partnership with TASCO is RedCargo Logistics Sdn Bhd, starting on 1 January 2019. The effect of this partnership is to help TASCO access new markets, improve service capabilities and drive innovation.


  • Employee Development


TASCO invests in employee training, development and talent management to build a skilled and motivated workforce. 
For example, TASCO will send unskilled workers to training. As a result, TASCO can improve employee skills and can increase company profits.
